The following food, drink, and first aid items will be available at the aid station for the Mill Creek 50K. This is not a comprehensive list but will be, at a minimum, what's available.
If there's something specific you would like to see at the aid station please contact me and I'll see if I can accommodate it. Otherwise, feel free to bring it yourself (as long as it's legal) and either store it in your drop bag or share it with others.
